A single Flutter codebase that produces per-club builds for sports merchandise — each club gets a flavor with its own bundle id, theme, and Firebase project, all driven from one repo.
Owned the front-end through release: multi-flavor build matrix, Firebase wiring (Auth, FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics), GitHub Actions CI/CD, and store delivery.
